Safety at Cituras
Cituras is a private network focused on real-world connections. Safety, privacy, and respect are fundamental.
1. Private network & review
Access to Cituras is limited. Applications are reviewed to help maintain a high-quality community and reduce fake or bad-intent profiles.
2. Identity verification
To help maintain a safer network, Cituras may require a government-issued ID, a verification selfie, and a safety review before approving access.
Verification helps reduce risk, but it does not guarantee any person’s conduct.
3. Before meeting
- Keep first meetings in public places.
- Share your location or plan with someone you trust.
- Arrange your own transportation.
- Do not accept pressure to change locations if you feel uncomfortable.
- Trust your instincts — if something feels off, leave.
4. Expected conduct
We expect all members to act with respect. Harassment, pressure, manipulation, threats, or inappropriate behavior are not tolerated.
All interactions must be voluntary, respectful, and based on clear consent. Continuing after someone says “no” is not allowed.
5. Reporting
If you experience or observe inappropriate behavior, report it as soon as possible.

6. Emergencies
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Then report the issue to Cituras.
7. Moderation
We may suspend, remove, or block accounts that violate our rules, pose risk to other members, or attempt to bypass review.
8. Personal responsibility
Cituras facilitates connections and introductions, but users are responsible for their own decisions, plans, and in-person interactions.
