Cituras Concierge is $249 USD per month and renews until canceled. Full Concierge is $499 USD per trip as a one-time payment and adds a more hands-on level of support for organizing more parts of your experience.
What's the difference between Concierge and Full Concierge?
Concierge provides personalized planning, recommendations, Host matching, follow-up, and priority support for $249 per month. Full Concierge is $499 per trip and includes all of that plus more hands-on Cituras involvement with accommodations, transportation, rental cars, restaurants, activities, coordination, and trip adjustments.
Can I use Concierge before I arrive in Medellín?
Yes. You can start before your trip for planning help and continue using Concierge during your stay for follow-up, alternatives, and adjustments.
Does Cituras choose Hosts for me?
Cituras can recommend profiles that appear to fit your interests, plans, and preferences. You decide which introductions you want to request, and each Host decides whether to accept.
Is an introduction with a Cituras Host guaranteed?
No. Connections require mutual acceptance. Concierge can help identify options, follow up, and suggest alternatives, but a Host is never required to accept.
Does the $249 include restaurants, transportation, tickets, or activities?
No, unless explicitly stated. The fee covers the Cituras Concierge service. Third-party costs—such as restaurants, transportation, tickets, tours, or activities—are paid separately.
Does Concierge replace Cituras' free guides and resources?
No. You can still use Cituras' free and self-service resources. Concierge is for travelers who want Cituras more directly involved in planning, matching, and coordination.
